In a bid to prepare our students for the professional world beyond school, our 16+ department recently organised a mock interview morning, inviting local employers to participate. The event aimed to simulate real-world interview scenarios, providing invaluable experience and guidance to our students.
Throughout the morning, students had the opportunity to engage in mock interviews with seasoned professionals, allowing them to refine their interview skills, gain confidence, and receive constructive feedback. From answering tough questions to presenting their qualifications and experiences, each student was given a chance to shine under the spotlight.
