World Book Day Celebrations

Ysgol Y Gogarth's World Book Day celebrations were a vibrant blend of literary enthusiasm and creative expression.

Starting on Monday, March 4th, students eagerly showcased their favourite books, each one a gateway to endless worlds of imagination.

Tuesday was dedicated to the rhythmic beauty of poetry, with students engrossed in reading and listening to verses and rhymes.

Wednesday celebrated Welsh literature, honouring the rich heritage of the language through books, poems, and rhymes.

The excitement peaked on Thursday as students transformed into their favourite literary characters. The day was not just about the amazing costumes but also a communal spirit as everyone embarked on the daily mile, counting the array of characters around the school playground.
