About the event
The Health Check Champions will be attending Ysgol y Gogarth on Thursday 26th September to give a talk to parents about Learning Disability Health Checks from 10am to 11am.
At the end of the presentation the Health Check Champions will be available to answer questions and will have a selection of relevant information leaflets for you to take home.
