Extra Curricular Activities - Clubs

At Ysgol y Gogarth we offer high quality opportunities and activities outside the usual curriculum. These activities are an important and exciting feature of school life and contribute enormously to our pupils’ social and academic development. We believe all our students should experience success in some aspect of school life. There is an extensive menu of extra-curricular activities on offer including sporting provision and opportunities to take part in workshops, field trips and outdoor activity centre breaks.

Theatre trips and visits to exhibitions and museums also occur and provide further opportunities for pupils to enrich and extend their learning beyond the classroom.

There are various lunch time and after school activities on offer each term, for example:-
  • art
  • cookery
  • karate
  • football
  • rebound
  • climbing
  • boxercise
  • trampolining
  • skiing
  • I.T.
  • Youth Bus
  • boccia
